August 2011 Newsletter.
A word from Alex.
Peace & greetings from Zambia.
In the eyes of all Israel, Goliath was a mean giant, In David's eyes Goliath was a dwarf. For David, God was the only Giant in his life. Don't forget if we fear God, we are not intimidated by anything else but if we don't fear God everything else intimidates us.
Have a great day!

Cy Wegman at the Zambia Messianic Fellowship.
We were honored to host Cy and Jill Wegman, Congregational leaders of Hatzor Messianic Jewish congregation of northern Kentucky. Cy and Jill travelled throughout Zambia and ministered to different groups. Thank you for praying for Cy and Jill while they were in Zambia.
PRAISE REPORT.
We have received news that construction to complete the new orphanage will resume shortly, Praise God!! We have also recieved a pledge to have our mini vans repaired. Hallelujah!!
CONGREGATIONS

We were able to travel to Northern Zambia (1100km one way) to visit our Luwingu Congregation. This is the same congregation that has suffered countless rounds of persecution from animists. We used to have five congregations in the Luwingu area and we have lost four. The congregation has grown in their walk with God and Fay and I are greatful that we were able to visit with our brothers in Luwingu. More than 300 village people attended one of our evening outreach.
The Luwingu Messianic Congregation.
Radio.
Our Shalom Zambia radio outreach is off air. We still have a contract with the National broadcaster ZNBC to air the outreach program. The radio outreach went to over 2.5 million people through out Zambia. Would you kindly consider sponsoring a single broadcast for $110 per week or 13 programs for $1430?
Court case.
We have been given a Judge but no date yet for the orphanage court case.
The matter at hand is that we were sued for our land even though we have all the valid title and building approvals. Kindly pray that God will prevail over man and that we will not lose our frontage.
Orphanage.

Another praise report is that we have been able to pay medical cover for all the 162 orphans at our Jerome Fleischer orphange. God has truly been so good to us.
Sponsor an Orphan project.
You can now sponsor an orphan for only $25 a month at the Jerome Fleischer orphanage school. Sponsoring an orphan will give you an opportunity to correspond with your sponsored orphan, to pray for him or her, help them try to recover their lost childhood and it will also give you the opportunity to encourage the child to do well in school.
Your sponsorship will allow us to give the children three meals a day as opposed to one meal a day, school supplies, medical care and housing when the orphanage building is completed. Step into the world of an orphan and be a life changer. All donations towards sponsoring an orphan should be given through Congregational Roeh Israel (see bottom of this newsletter). To sponsor an orphan contact our USA representative Debra Green at zmforphanage@gmail.com or call 303-219-4591
We also have opportunities for one time giving at the end of the newsletter..
Missions

We distributed used clothes in different parts of Zambia and i met these kids in Northen Zambia. Some did not have adequate clothing and we are thankful to all our friends who are helping us to cloth and feed the naked and hungry by sending clothes, shoes, school supplies and food.
Fay and I have been invited again to speak at the yearly biblical festival of the Goba people this coming September. Pray that God will use us to bring glory to His name and to impart the knowledge of His son to those still in the dark.
